This policy covers the rayvault.in website run by Ray Vault Solutions, Bengaluru. The Ray Vault CRM used by developers has its own terms, agreed with each developer.
What we collect on this website
Only what you type into the contact form — name, company, mobile, email, project details and your message — and basic, anonymous visit statistics from our hosting provider.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange a walkthrough and send you information you asked for. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Where it is kept
Form messages are stored by our website host (Netlify) and in our business email (Google Workspace). We keep them for up to 2 years, or less if you ask.
CRM data
Data that developers enter in the Ray Vault CRM is stored in the developer’s own Google account. The developer is responsible for it; we only access it to provide support when asked.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Write to hello@rayvault.in. We reply within 30 days.
